He never rolled any wants about her in the round! And they don't have a ton of history together besides conceiving the kids lol so it didn't feel like he'd just call her up again out of the blue (also she's very commitment phobic herself so I doubt she'll settle down with anybody). He actually seemed more interested in Adela if anything! But don't worry, I've got some fun ideas up my sleeve for how Sabine's situation will progress!
