Round Eight - Park II

Last Round - (Simon lived at home last round so this is his first round out on his own) A burglar broke in! They closed Green n' Fresh (due to glitchiness) and opened a new grocery store, Park's Market. They got a genie lamp and made some wishes. Simon had his birthday and became an adult. Then he moved out on his own at the end of the round.

Simon’s round! His first time out on his own in his new townhouse …. house tour coming up! But first, breakfast.

The views out of the windows in this townhouse are so lovely! His bed is perfectly positioned to see them when he wakes up. I would say the colour scheme he ended up with is green and black? I like his place a lot.

First thing Simon did when he moved into his new place was invite over Meiko, who he met very recently at the park and again at Gabriel’s house..

This time, things between him and Meiko seemed to go really well. Enough to get a booyeah from him! It’s easy to keep romance Sims happy.

Simon needs a little cash infusion, so he started digging outside beside the building.



The landlord came along and started filling in the holes after he’d dug them which is… actually very helpful!

Simon keeps digging and hits a pipe - the landlord has a moment of crisis, wondering why he took this job anyways.

Luckily for him, right then Simon happens to get a call and this townie sends him an expensive flatscreen TV which takes care of his money needs for now!

Simon enjoys a quiet day at home napping and painting.

Off to spend another day hanging out at the park!



If this doesn’t scream romance Sim, I don’t know what does!




Now that he’s out on his own, Simon needed a way to earn some money. Everyone in Brightmaple is a business owner for a living, and Simon decided that what this town was lacking was…. a modern art gallery!

So, I present to you - BRIGHTHAUS. Brightmaple’s premier modern art gallery for those with discerning tastes and a love of white walls.

Some potential customers come in to the gallery, including Simon’s mom Kira. She has an intense stare down with a painting on the wall.



The gallery gets itself to rank one!

Another day, another date for Simon!

Simon’s dad Ryan comes and makes a purchase at the gallery, and it gets up to rank two that day - more money!

Simon works his moves in front of the giant heart sculpture. I can only imagine he works that into his lines somehow.

This night Simon had Alyssa over for a date, and after a firm butt grab it seemed to be love. The feeling was mutual!

Yet despite all that…. he still just wants to be friends. LOL! Will he ever settle down? Going to have to wait til the next round to find out because that's where his round ends this time!
