Round Six - Park-Dias

Last Round: Simon had to be a grump due to the ROS. Sales were getting slow at Green & Fresh. Winnie had a birthday and became a child, and things started improving again at the grocery store. Alice had a birthday too, and became a teenager. It seemed some kind of romance maybe blossomed between her and their exchange student Gabriel.



Sadly, I did not realize until it was too late that I didn't have Fraps on for most of this round, so there are not a lot of pictures this time around! Very sad because it was a great round and so much happened, four birthdays! I went back and took a couple remedial pics though, and I will include some shots of a community lot that got added to Brightmaple during this round.

Gabriel serenading Alice. These two have a cute little romance going on, but it’s not destined to last… he’s much older than her technically (he’s an exchange student living in their house) but he’s due to age up to adult this round and she still has a long ways to go. So they’re enjoying it while it lasts :)

Ryan thought he was up to fixing the dishwasher but…. apparently not.

Of course electrocution alone wasn’t enough! Then a fire started, and even though the smoke detector was going off the fire department never showed up, so Kira had to take matters into her own hands. It spread before she was able to fully get it under control.

The Park’s rolled for a new dog (this is the third ROS roll they’ve gotten that’s added a household member!) so they headed to the pet store and brought home Nana. She has the most ridiculous ears and I love them!

Sadly, this is where Fraps crapped out, so I missed everything else that happened for them :(

First of all - SO MANY BIRTHDAYS. From top to bottom we have our Kira and Ryan as elders, and then Winnie as a teen!
There was some work at their grocery store Green n’ Fresh but no one bought anything at all… in fact the shoppers browsed for only a second at a time, to the point where I think there could be a glitch?
Winnie had a childhood phase where she decided to wear a fairy costume for a few days.
Ryan and Kira had a great date at The Tavern singing karaoke and playing poker.
Their first dog Rex aged up to elder, and started getting along well with their new dog Nana.
Simon wants to ask Paloma Blondeau out on a date, but we didn’t get to that this round.

Our last birthday celebrant is Gabriel...

The last birthday in the Park-Dias round was Gabriel! He became an adult, and moved out to his own place at the end of the round. He bought what used to be Ines Blondeau’s old house, and redecorated it a bit for himself. Interior decoration comes in his next round.

A new community lot came to Brightmaple as well, this is Larry F. Llama's Fun Palace! It's a fun hangout for kids, and kids of all ages.
