Round Eighteen - Crosby

Last Round - Ronin had a birthday and became a toddler. His dad Ewan finally met him, but Theo was around more. Granny Tessa helped with the babysitting while Louise was trying to get her business off the ground.
Who's Who in the Zoo?
Louise is the youngest child of founder Drew Crosby with his second wife Tessa. She has three older half siblings (Oliver, Connor and Melena) one first cousin - Hollie Webb-Ainsworth (her mom was Geneva, Drew's sister), and four nieces and nephews. Louise's son Ronin was fathered by Ewan Menzies in a one time risky woohoo. Since Louise is technically the youngest gen 2 Sim (growing up alongside gen 3's) Ronin is technically the youngest gen 3, growing up alongside gen 4!
This round started out with the biggest noooooooooooooo of all time!
Her ROS was "time to commit" which forces single Sims to commit to their love interest (provided neither are already committed). However, as we know, Theo just got Agnes pregnant and asked her to move in last round! By the time she made up her mind she was too late!
The only other person she's got any romantic feelings towards is Ewan, but he's with Clementine now. Plus theirs was really a one time thing so I'm probably gonna reset their relationship flags anyways, maybe just leave crush. Not 100% sure.
So anyways... I'm keeping this in my mind going forward, depending how things go for Louise, and for Theo and Agnes.... maybe there's still hope for them? One day?

Speaking of Theo, he's snuck over to visit with Louise. They've certainly never been entirely able to let go of one another.

It's time for Ronin's birthday!
Louise immediately threw the cake away T_T guess she's on a health kick and it's everyone's problem now.
Here's our Ronin!
Louise is making everyone dinner when the phone rings, so Ronin gets up to grab it.
It's his dad! He remembered his birthday! 🥺 🥺 Sooooooo cute! He was calling for Ronin too, because he didn't ask for Louise to come to the phone.
They had a fun little quiet family party.
Ronin is going to get the lucky trait next age up - because on his very first day of school, it's a snow day!
His other traits so far by the way are slob, dramatic and rebellious. He's definitely a handful - his personality is 1/10/3/10/1 - extreme outgoing and playful, extremely sloppy and grouchy, and very lazy.
Since Ronin's home, Louise took the day off and took him to the park to enjoy the snow.

He started making a snowman, and Mickey Blondeau-Dias joined him!

Louise saw her older sister Melena, and Ronin got to meet his aunt Katy!

Louise had another surprise for Ronin - they went to the pet store, and got a dog! Meet Odie!
Their new family member is getting settled in at home.
Ronin's got the gaming hobby! I think he'll probably focus on video gaming.
These two are off flirting somewhere, as usual.
Got him a new console to play with!
Ronin was actually off to school today, so Louise went to the store before work. A new outfit for her!

Ronin wanted to talk to family, so he called up his grandma Tessa!

Outside some fun drama was unfolding. I zoomed over to look because I overheard Theo and Agnes falling in love, and Clementine was walking by just then and wandered up to them. They went out a bit last round, before Agnes became pregnant, and woohooed a couple times.
She tried to do something romantic with him, and he rebuffed her advances! (he has serial romancer secondary too mind you!).
Agnes wasn't mad, if anything she was embarrassed about the whole scene!
And then she tried it again!
Yikes indeed!
However, perhaps Theo's feelings were a little more complicated. He doesn't have a lot of history with Clementine, but Louise on the other hand...
Agnes, and Clementine (lol) were sitting downstairs, totally oblivious.
Further complicating the dynamics here, Theo twice climbed into bed with Louise, and then had a change of heart and rejected her. He seems to really be struggling with feeling like he should be monogamous with the future mother of his child. I knew I was right that he would try his best to do right by her!
However, third time's the charm - he did in fact lose this struggle, and doing right by her turns out to be something he's willing to let go by the wayside.
Ronin plays some games on his mom's computer before school.
Then Louise is off to Hoop World, trying to make a good impression on the reporter!
Ronin brought Isobel Silva home from school, and Agnes helpfully came over to keep an eye on them, while Louise was still at work.

Louise had another outing today - it was time to complete her new look!
Louise is already about half way through her adult life! I think this look is great for her in this phase, single mom of a busy boy, and business owner.
Her and Ronin went for brunch after. His new little friend Mickey was there too!
They got the nice window seat!
Mickey's dad Ronald was walking by and she ran out to hug him, so adorable!
Ronin went out to talk to her some more, and their conversation made me realise that they both have the games hobby, so it fits well they get along!
Noooooooo!
He also introduced himself to his uncle Cole (a current salon makeover victim). I think he might have talked about hoping his mom and dad get engaged one day, and Cole was quick to disagree strongly. He's enough older than Ronin to know that would never work out.
After the initial rocky start, their conversation did get better though!
Meanwhile, the landlady was making herself at home. She stared at the dog for a while.
She just wanted him to play!
Then she ordered a pizza to their house lol.
Agnes joined the party, and they kept the couch warm til Louise and Ronin got back home.

Him and Mickey have a lot in common - same hobby, both being raised by single moms!
