Last Round - Abigail was working like a dog around the commune and having intermittent emotional breakdowns. Ewan put the moves on Clementine, as well as having her attend a few of his lectures. He also was getting a bit more paranoid about people spying on them, and is trying to recruit more new members. Claire was dating Gavin, and she was an opportunity to get out before her brother got any weirder, so she moved out with Gavin! And Clementine moved in!
Who's Who in the Zoo?
Trevor and Finn Menzies had four kids - Ewan, Claire, and the twins Katy and Cole. Ewan and Claire became adults during the same round, and moved out of the family home together. Then Claire met her boyfriend Gavin, and moved out with him.
Claire and Gavin moved into the oldest apartment building in Brightmaple - I've lost count how many Sims have lived here now! Lets take a look at their decor.
The landlord is letting them into their new place while Rod Humble shows up with their complementary computer.
First off, christening the bed!
Gavin makes a call to his realtor - he wants to make a purchase!
The Scoreboard is back in business! It got moved to Maple Mills since Jarvis passed away and Estelle sold it. Gavin has Fortune A (hard worker) aspiration and sports hobby, so this is a good venture for him. I'd love to one day get this to a place where it can be expanded into more of a bar and grill, with a restaurant component too.
The customers come filing in!
Foosball table got added in as well.
Back home, Claire is working on her fitness, and flirting with their neighbour Alice - they've already had a bit of a thing together. Claire's got the serial romancer aspiration, so she's not exaaactly faithful to Gavin.
Off to the public pool to get a swim in - that's her primary hobby! (subhobby of fitness generally)
Gavin joined her as well - cannonball!
Doing the work to keep his reputation low, since his secondary aspiration is popularity B (public enemy).
They got invited for an outing downtown, and it was quite the crowd that came along to the nightclub!
A little innocent (?) flirtation.
The bartenders ran over to cheer at some Sims in the photobooth, let's see who it is...

Claire was still attracting a lot of attention.

Meanwhile, Claire was also being a little mean and booing poor sweet Meiko on karaoke!

Meiko was very nice and encouraging. Claire could learn a thing or two! (she's not even mean? she's got 7 nice points!)
Very tired and very late - it's time to go home!

Always trying to find ways to make the TVs stay on to the sports channel even if no one is watching, so it feels more like a real sports bar. I tried having someone start watching, then resetting them with testing cheats, and it worked pretty well! Sometimes someone else still comes along and turns it off though.
Peaceful afternoon back home.
Claire has her exercise bike in the spare bedroom.
Discussing alien conspiracies.
Gavin has the terrible cook trait, but he tries.
Without much success, sad to say.
Claire invited all her siblings over for a party. She wanted to have some quality time with them, more important than ever since their dads recently passed away.
Chef salad for dinner.
A whole family of slobs.... this table must have needed a thorough wipedown after.
Turned into a smustle party!
Gavin decided to just have a bubble bath instead lol.
Still grinding at the business!
Love watching Sims play pool!
Hard work paying off for them!
