Round One - Park-Rossi

Time for our next family in the first rotation of Brightmaple, the Park/Rossi household.





Kira and Ryan got their ACR boogie on right away, in Mateo’s bed. Sorry dude.

After that everyone tucked in for a meal.

Computer time is in high demand around here. Ryan got his chance later though, when Kira was counselling Mateo about his love life.









Kira and Ryan purchased Green & Fresh, a tiny grocery store which will serve the residents of Brightmaple. They started out very minimal, with just a cash register and one produce display. They have to build this thing up brick by brick!







The ROS roll for the round was a pet adoption! The first one in Brightmaple! They scraped together some money for the adoption fee, and rolled for a small dog. This is Rex! At some point I think Mateo forgot he was carrying him though…





Once he aged up he was this kind of chihuahua/miniature schnauzer cross looking dog, with patches. Such a mutt and I kind of love it! He’s really unique looking.

Ryan and Kira found their own bed this time, and there were chimes. :)





A day later, we got our first pop (and a dirty toilet). Another baby on the way for Brightmaple!









Mateo spent some time at the park meeting neighbours and jamming on the guitar. No love matches yet for him!









Mateo turned on the weather channel and realized his love for science, so we scraped together some simoleons and bought him a telescope. Now I just have to keep them all from getting beat up by their neighbours for using it during the day… sigh…







Kira had just given Rex a bath, so of course he goes right outside and picks a fight with the skunk.





Luckily Mateo rolled a want right away to bathe the little bugger.





Mateo and Sawyer had some kind of disagreement one day while Mateo was helping Ryan work the grocery store. Not really great customer service Mateo but OK….





Later Sawyer walked by so I made him apologize, but they must really dislike each other because they just started arguing and poking each other right away afterwards.









Mateo met @jellybeanery‘s Judy at work, and they seemed to have some chemistry, so they met up for a casual date at the park, where they spent the whole afternoon and evening.





They’ve finally earned enough money and a couple cash prizes, so that their business is actually fully furnished. Green & Fresh is starting to look great!





Baby time is almost here and Kira is just waiting and ready.





Finally, the moment arrives! In the bathroom like it always seems to.



Simon Park is born right at the end of their round. :)
