Round Fourteen - Blondeau-Dias

Last Round - The cats' intense hatred of each other continued. They took their turns on the genie lamp (cheat death and money!). Paloma had a birthday party and became an elder! Adela asked Ewan out on a date. Duchess ran away again after yet another fight with Miso!



Speaking of the cats' intense hatred of each other, here we go again!



Something glitched though, because Duchess had run away at the end of the last round, although now she's clearly back, but her icon still looks like this. It stayed that way the whole round too! So I guess she's just in a sort of weird limbo now.



I rolled an ROS for a fitness regimen, and since Gabriel already had this want anyways, it went to him.





Bathroom musical interlude.



Father and daughter enjoyed some healthy sparkly breakfast together.



Now time to put that food energy to good use and work on that fitness regimen!



Absolutely unprecedented, Miso and Duchess are getting along for a moment!



It didn't make much of a dent in their overall relationship though, and they were back to their usual antics soon after.



Simon showed up and started hovering around in their yard. I remembered the "off-screen" interaction I'd caught the tail end of between him and Paloma at Alice's party, so I checked and sure enough, they're fully back in love. Guess Paloma never really could let go of her first love!



Guess he better be careful though, cause now Gabriel is getting strong!

Joanna Harrison (with the wrong hair?) came rushing in from the sidewalk to cry with them.

Duchess on the other hand.... Unbothered. Moisturized. Happy. In my lane.



These two cheer themselves up in other ways...



Adela goes out to see the new roller rink in town!



This is harder than it looks!







She puts a few coins in the game machines and gets some dancing out of her system too. No one really interesting for a romance Sim to meet there though.





At home Paloma's friend Whitney Perry came by, and she always likes to use any opportunity to enthuse about grilled cheese to anybody who actually lets her.



Adela gets her own workout in.



Gabriel and Paloma went to work at the Orange Zone today. Cameron was feeling the sales pitch!



A little rearranging of the model train set.





Gabriel got into the RC car.



Paloma's niece Anya came and played some Don't Wake the Llama with her.



I forget if Cameron came by on his own or if Adela invited him, she may have done if she rolled a want for a date? Regardless, here he was!





He changed into his athletic wear at one point to shoot hoops and became a floating head, guess I deleted something!



That's better!



Cameron got his first kiss from Adela :)





He was so overcome by his feelings that he serenaded her kneeling in the garden bed, in the snow.



Her parents arrive home and it seems like date time is over - you have homework to do young lady!



Gabriel can't resist showing off the chest pound gesture.



Time for a new outfit today!

Duchess is really enjoying life as an only cat.

It's almost Adela's birthday, so her dad took her out for a little surprise...



They're at the pet store so Adela can get her very own dog!



Meet Harry! He's a Japanese Chin.





Time for the aforementioned birthday!



Her secondary aspiration is set now that she's an adult. I'm using Sophie's calculator now for secondaries (with the A/B alternate reads on each aspiration), but also to determine whether their zodiac primaries are the A or B version too. Kind of a weird method but I like it! 

So Adela is a Romance A (serial romancer) and Pleasure A (modest enjoyer).



Had to test drive mom's hair on her to see how close they look!



She still shares the Blondeau woman love of bangs though, but in this style!

After a few days, Miso finally decides to appear in ghost form just as Duchess is getting some play and attention, which is SO on brand for him! Like jealousy literally raised him from the dead.



He just watched them lol MISO!!





I guess the spirit of Miso has possessed Harry, because then him and Duchess started to get into fights too.



Now whenever they aren't fighting, they're thinking about fighting.







Adela came to work with her parents today.





She actually even tried her hand at sales a little bit.



But she was not immune to the distractions of working at a fun rec centre.





One of the townies complained about her unprofessionalism lol.



Still spoiling for a fight...



And getting one.



They seriously won't leave each other alone... at least Adela will be moving out at the end of this round with Harry!





Paloma making everybody some comforting grilled cheese sandwiches.





Time to call a cab and get out of here!



She's thinking about all of the dating she's going to do now that she'll be independent and out on her own.



Duchess is still thinking about beating on Harry as he's heading out the door.





This is bliss for Duchess, her parents to herself! I don't think she'd ever forgive Paloma and Gabriel if they allowed another pet into their house again.



Paloma has arrived to her new home, she'll be renting one of these brownstone apartments in Downtown Heights!



I've got some exciting plans for her next round which I'm excited to get to! But for now, this is where we leave her.

Just when I thought the animal fighting would cease... more fighting! Harry looks cute though!
I can't believe Adela is already an adult! 😮

I know I can't believe how these animals do nothing else! Poor Duchess must be so relieved it's just her again XD
Why do these Sims grow up so fast lol! Before long gen 4 babies will be coming too, eek!
