Round Fourteen - Silva-Georgison

Last Round- Carla settled in to her new studio apartment downtown. She went out for a special dinner with Mia and her parents, and surprised her with a proposal! They had other dates during the round, and Mia moved in with her at the end. Her new business (Exerto Warehouse) was entirely forgotten.
Rise and shine on a winter morning for Carla and Mia!
First stop they went to was the clothing store. Mia bought something but I don't remember what.
The main point of being there was for Carla to get a new outfit!
They went out for a little lunch date after their shopping trip, at Le Poisson.
Fittingly, at the seafood restaurant they both ordered chef's choice and got salmon and lobster!
I love this huge fish tank in the middle of the restaurant.
Townie love stories unfolding in the apartment hallways.
Woohoo indeed!
Why so grumpy Carla?
Maybe because the neighbour keeps making so much noise.
Or perhaps some mysterious sickness making her run to the toilet......

A whole bunch of family and friends crowded into their little studio apartment for their wedding party!
Carla's mom Zelda is excited for her, it's too bad mom Valerie isn't here to celebrate with them anymore :(
When they got married Carla's sister Simone autonomously became the maid of honour and I didn't even know that happened T_T So cute!
Such an adorable, intimate little ceremony! They both took the last name Silva.
My graphics glitched and Jalil left some parts of his face behind....

Time to enjoy that wedding gelatin lol (I never remember wedding cake is a thing in this game)
But everybody seemed to enjoy themselves!
Beatriz congratulated her daughter too!

Oh man, did I have something in my teeth that whole time???
They called earlier that morning, but of course the landlord finally showed up to fix the clogged toilet after all their guests had left and flooded the bathroom a million times.
Assigning their secondaries! Similar but different - Carla is primary Knowledge A (good scientist) and secondary Popularity A (friend of the world). Mia is primary Pleasure B (hedonist) and Popularity B (public enemy). They have an opposites attract thing happening I guess, which is a dynamic I sometimes see with couple's personalities in my game!
For ROS Carla was supposed to get abducted, but it was really hard to make it happen, and she couldn't ever stay up on the telescope long because she was pregnant and her needs dropped fast. Plus I don't have any mods that allow females to become pregnant from abduction currently (but I will most likely add it now, since I do have same sex reproduction mods for woohoo so it seems fair).
Without that incentive, abduction just doesn't seem as interesting in my game XD So I didn't give a ton of effort to this ROS for that reason too.

Early morning over the city.
Mia gets going with her day while Carla gets some more rest.
It's tiring work growing a nooboo.
Off to work at Exerto Warehouse!
Tons of customers that day, including her mother in law Zelda! The whole store got sold out. I guess every Sim's new year's resolution was to get in shape.
Back at home Carla got up and hung out with Darius on the roof for a while.
She cooked up some stuffed peppers. But instead of eating with everyone else at the big table right behind the barbecue...
She took her plate down into her apartment and ate alone...
And then went right back to sleep lol. OK Carla, poor thing doesn't want to be social or even awake.
Mia got home after a day at the store and fixed herself a little meal too.
Bump level up!
The neighbours are loud again. Mia says don't worry babe, I got this!

Carla called her at the store to check in and say hi, so cute!
They don't have much room in here for any fitness equipment, but Mia's got to keep up on her fitness hobby somehow, so living room yoga it is!

Tucking a little bassinet in the only possible spot. They're definitely going to have to move to accommodate even just one child!
More pleading with the neighbour to be more quiet. We have a baby now!
She gave getting abducted another earnest attempt, but no luck.
Frozen solid on the roof next to the elevator - typical apartment neighbour shit.
Darius and Meiko were warming up in more ways than one...
Meiko was exited to talk about babies with Mia since she has one on the way herself!

At the end of their round, they moved out of the cute little apartment and into a bigger one, still downtown! This is one of the brownstone townhouses on the other side of town. More room for a growing family!
