Round Fifteen - Rossi

Last Round - Veronica wanted to teach Nala a trick, so she taught her to speak. Sul Sul Ceramics continued to do well. The whole family went downtown for a skating day together, and at the end of their round Marina and Veronica had a shared birthday party.
Who's Who in the Zoo?
Daughter Veronica Rossi is descended entirely from born in game Sims! Mom Marina (Harrison) was the younger daughter of Dahlia and Sawyer Harrison, and dad Marco is the older son of Mateo and Judy Rossi. Veronica's got a few cousins - Starla and Theo Harrison on her mom's side and Paolo and Luca Crosby on her dad's side. Marina and Marco have been a couple since they were teens, although they only ended up having one daughter together.
Once again one of my new ROS options rolled up - this one is another kind of twist on exchange student, except now it's an elderly relative coming to stay! And in this case, the intention is for the relative to become a townie at the end of the round rather than a playable Sim.
So meet Marco's great aunt, Lucia Argento! She has the pleasure aspiration, loves travel, and decided to stop along the way to visit with her favourite great nephew and his family.
She settles in quickly.
She also has a good sense of when to hustle herself off to her bedroom to give Marco and Marina some privacy...
After school Veronica brought a townie boy home, I thiiiink his name is Rowan.
I also gave Veronica's bedroom a new look since she's a teen now.
Veronica wants a cell phone, so she asked Rowan to accompany her down to the store to buy one.
A little teen flirtation in the neon glow.
Winning at rock paper scissors against Marceline.
She was not pleased!
Another teen townie around here, this is
deedee_sims Bethany Hawk! I'd been meaning to add her as a townie forever, and finally decided to age her down and include her in a batch of teen townies I added recently.
Also said hello to her cousin Paolo.
They picked up a mahjong table for out on the patio, which has been very popular!
Nala says hey, did you forget about me??
No we did not kitty!
Marina heads out today for work at Sul Sul Ceramics.
Busy as ever, ceramics make great gifts!
Aunt Lucia is getting on with Nala very well too.

Now that she's old enough Veronica wants to cook dinner for the family, since she's got the cuisine hobby. She hopes to open a restaurant one day, so she needs to start practicing now and perfecting her techniques!
Dinner is served! She explains to everyone how she made the dish.
She's also got the fortune aspiration, so she's giving financial consulting online. Since she's not actually an adult I'm not sure if that's strictly legal, but she doesn't seem to care!
Having a crisis at the state of the kitchen, while Nala helps herself to the spoiled leftovers on the counter.
Marco gives his daughter an encouraging hug and helps her get the place tidied up.
Outside, yep, you guessed it! Mahjong!
Marco's busy being a bathtub pirate.
Lucia's rolling lots of romantic wants (probably because it's spring) so her, Marco and Marina went out to Crumplebottom Park downtown to people watch and see if maybe anyone catches her eye.
Jay Lewis is married, Lucia!
Reggie is an eligible bachelor with a track record for liking older women (he used to date Tessa Crosby).
Meanwhile, Marco and Marina were enjoying their chemistry.
The next guy that caught her eye was Dave Perry - another married man Lucia!
Despite the chemistry they did not hit it off conversationally.
She tried her luck a bit more with Reggie, but it was a no go.
Dave was more receptive though... shame on you Dave!
It didn't go much farther than a couple low flirts though, and beyond that Lucia unfortunately struck out a lot.
Today after school Leah Webb-Ainsworth came to hang out with Veronica.
She joined them for dinner as well. :)
So after this point I unfortunately lost the rest of the round pics, Fraps decided to just not work! One thing I sadly missed was Marco's birthday party! So I snuck back in to take a picture of him once I realized so you can see him as a handsome elder!
And of course his lifestage collage, from toddler through to elder!
Aunt Lucia became a townie as planned at the end of this round, and besides that nothing else hugely of note happened!
