Last Round - Tessa retired by selling Happy Tails Pet Store. Her and Ellis took a trip to Coconut Cove to celebrate. Tessa tried dying on us but she defeated Grim in a game of chance!
Who's Who in the Zoo?
Tessa was the second wife of founder Drew Crosby, after his first wife died. She became stepmom to his kids Oliver, Connor and Melena, and her and Drew had their daughter Louise before Drew passed away. Later Tessa got engaged to Ellis Plumsley, and she now has a grandson Ronin through her daughter Tessa, plus several step-grandkids through Drew's children.
Duff and Betty are having a fun morning together!

ROS gifted them a simoleon tree for the round, Ellis was happy to collect his share!
Tessa and Ronin came over, so he could have some granny time!
She got a nice little array of toys for him to play with.
Ellis got down to play with Ronin for a while too!
They're worn out after a day with an active toddler!
Tessa's dancing away and doesn't spot the matchmaker leaving a mysterious lamp by the back door!
Tessa entered herself in another food competition, she wants to add to her blue ribbon collection.
Ellis was there to support.

Ellis wanted to make a wish - he got the genie to give him the power to cheat death, cause that's apparently a theme in this hood!
Ellis also decided to open up a new business this round. This is the Plumsley Garden Supply Centre!
Mostly you can get planters and pots to put your plants in!

Betty's getting some play time with Tessa at home.
Quiet evening at home for them.
Then once again, Grim disturbs the peace.
He's come back for Tessa!
But for the second time, she bamboozles him and lives to tell the tale! Grim's stats in this hood are just atrocious.
Ellis headed out to the gym today, I can't remember if he had a want to get fit maybe? But here he is!
Hard work pays off!
Tessa takes today's simoleon harvest.
Tonight is Ellis' birthday, so they've got family and friends over, including Ronin again!
Ellis was good friends with either Alma or Ronald, I forget which one, so he invited them to join the party too.
Catching up with her stepkids! Which I always have to think twice in my head, is that right? Because she's not all that much older than them!
Louise sneaks in for this batch of money - I'm sure Tessa wouldn't mind.

I did forget about the enmity between Oliver and Ronald. They did have a few little tiffs, but luckily no outright brawls tonight.
Everyone generally had a lovely time!
Tessa joined Ellis in the wee morning hours for a visit to the gym today.
Then it was off to the garden centre! Fellow gardening lover Emilia stopped by to check things out.
A successful day!
Oh, it's you again.
Betty sounds the alarm.
At this point Ellis is so unphased by it, he just continues grabbing food out of the fridge.
And she does indeed beat him for a third time!
Ellis was too tired to even stay awake through it all.
Good job honey, I knew you would beat him.... see you in the morning...
They celebrate more thoroughly the next morning :)
That's it for now! I was kind of expecting this to be Tessa's last hurrah, but I'm glad her and Ellis get to enjoy more of elderhood together, and she gets to be a granny for longer too!
