Round Eight - Harrison

Last Round - They opened a new pub business to replace The Tavern, again due to glitches. The rash of burglaries continued in their home. Kitty Mabel passed away :( Angelie had her adult birthday! She called the matchmaker for a date, and Joanna showed up. They had a lovely date, came home and hopped into bed and... chimes! So Joanna moved in, and then they moved out to their own place together.



The Harrison family round starts the usual way, some canoodling.



Marina and Polly are in the den playing video games. Well, Marina is. Polly has no thumbs!

Dahlia and Sawyer went out to the rec centre for a little fun! Sawyer was entranced by the train table! Maybe this is something they can use to fill up the extra bedroom since Angelie moved out…

The ROS roll for their round was someone getting glasses, and it was Sawyer! He likes them :)



A little love for miss Polly!

Dahlia is chatting with her daughter Angelie, and she’s pretty excited about buying toys for what will be her very first grandchild!

Marina’s boyfriend Marco came over for an impromptu dance party while dad was trying to enjoy his computer time.



File this under things it took me sixteen years to notice… this TV is so dusty and there’s even handprints on the top of the frame! The detail in this game sometimes, just makes you want to weep! *_*

I wasn’t really happy with how the current pub McMulligan’s was running as a playable business, so I decided it was time for them to let that one go and try something else!



Selling the pub for all that money happened to fill a lifetime want for Dahlia!

Marina made everyone spaghetti and meatballs for dinner!

Marina got a little loopy and started swinging off the door of the fridge in the evening.



The new business venture Dahlia and Sawyer decided to get into was exercise equipment supply! This is the Exerto Warehouse, the finest (and incidentally only) gym equipment purveyor in Brightmaple.

The staff room provides a nice spot to rest and refuel as well!

Sawyer takes a shot at selling some gym equipment. I really don’t think customer service is his thing though…

Dahlia nervously pecks her way through a cash register transaction to make their first sale at the new store!

Sawyer learns a bit more about selling, the business ranks up, and the good witch makes a beautiful scene outside!

A bunch of Sims were over for Marina’s birthday party, but then she happened to see her dad flirt with Judy and she ran off crying. :|
Poor thing!

Thankfully Sims have very short memories, and she rebounded quickly from being so upset with her dad. And then it was cake time!

Marina’s an adult now!



Putting together this little life stages collage is so much fun every time!



A mysterious old lamp appeared on their porch in the night.

Dahlia was first up and appropriately for a fortune Sim, she rolled to wish for cold hard Simoleons.

Marina will be moving out on her own soon, so Dahlia gifts her youngest daughter with something to help make her a little more comfortable!

Sawyer is having a difference of opinion with the TV!

Marina makes a wish of the genie and gets a bit of an age rewind!

Their round is wrapping up, so it’s time for Marina to strike out on her own! She buys this cute little cottage that Beatriz had been living in. She looks just as confused as I feel trying to remember what she did in her empty yard that made her discover a love of arts and crafts?



Since their house was going to be way too big for just the two of them, Dahlia and Sawyer also decided to downsize into a new house at the end of the round.
