Round Eleven - Lewis-Gill

Last Round - They're in their first home together, and they adopted her family dog Ziggy after Emily's parents passed away, but sadly he also passed on the first morning of their round. :( They went out and adopted another dog named Wafer! Emily rolled for the grilled cheese secondary. Then baby Zachary was born! Emily hired Valerie Georgison to work at Club Gerbit. Then they became pregnant with baby number two, and Zachary had his toddler birthday!
(I also only realized after posting this that I goofed somewhere with my picture editing and part way through they get a little larger! Sorry for the goof!)
Wafer is checking in on his little brother to see how he's doing :)
You're not quite old enough to have solid foods like that sweetie, but I can see why you're tempted in this case!

Didn't make it to nap in his bed in time, so Wafer's bed was a comfy substitute.
Since tinkering is the family hobby, Jay works on the car a bit too. I kind of love how that worked out - in Emily's family growing up, everyone had the music & dance hobby except for her. But now in her own family, they all share a love of tinkering!
Time to get up because it's time for baby peanut to grow a little more!

As much as Wafer means well, getting licked all over by a dog probably means bathtime!
Already time for a birthday for this little guy!
Look at this handsome little cutie! I like the outfit he aged up into so I'm keeping it as is!
Poor pregnant Emily is barely staying awake long enough to watch him blow out the candles.
Time to enjoy his giant cake slice!
Here's his little room! I added an addition to the back of the house for his room, the new baby will be in the nursery he was in before. He got some cool robot wallpaper as a nod to his tinkering interests!

With lots of kids in the neighbourhood, the playground is getting a lot of action lately! Zachary went and his cousin Sabrina was there too!
Sabrina's mom (and Emily's sister) Whitney was also there, so they got to chatting a little bit!
That's where this round wraps up for them!
I keep being surprised they don't get married since Emily is a family Sim, but they don't roll any wants. I don't even think they're engaged? So we'll see if it happens or not. In this family's case I decided to give the kids just the last name Lewis, not hyphenated like the household name. I wanted one branch of the neighbourhood to carry on the Lewis name, and since Whitney is a Perry and now Xander is a Dionne, it was Emily's family who would be doing that! Maybe one day Jay will take the last name Lewis too, but we will see!
