Round Eleven - Crosby

Last Round - Louise had a birthday and became a toddler! But then poor little Beans the cat died. :( Oliver had a birthday and became an adult! He rekindled his teen romance with Winnie Park. Then Connor also had a birthday and became an adult! But wait, we aren't done... Louise had a second birthday this round and became a child!



Since Connor has the cuisine hobby, and I'd eventually like to get him to open some kind of restaurant, he needs to work on his cooking skill! So, he's on primary chef duty right now!





Gave Connor's room a little more of an adult makeover, and Louise got straight to jumping on his bed.





He was in there, studying cooking... didn't seem to mind what Louise was doing though.





Tessa went out to some community lots to meet some people, and play some chess.





Back at home, Louise brought Zachary Lewis home from school.



OOPS! Melena tried calling in sick one too many times and Ines had enough, and fired her!



But it was for a good reason.... she was inviting over Marie! And look what happened...





I think that was worth losing her job for hehe...



"One day, I'm going to kiss someone just like my sister Melena did! ON THE LIPS!"



Zachary has never considered this eventuality and is totally confused by the idea.





Oh dear! A little too ambitious.



Connor went with Tessa to do some work at Happy Tails Pet Store.



The ROS for their round was for Tessa to fulfill a fear, and she had a fear of being rejected for a flirt. So...





Yup, that fear definitely got fulfilled lol. Travis was NOT into it.



Time to ring through the last customer (Simon Park!) and then head home.





Melena is into fitness, so she got a little trampoline in her room! Just watch out for that ceiling...



EXCUSE ME?! Tessa you do realize that a lightning strike is what killed the mother of your stepchildren? Please do not...





There's that one niceness point making itself heard..





Repair and maintenance day around the house!



This snowman was still hanging around at the book store, leftover from winter, but Tessa took care of him...







A job well done!



The cashier Reggie and her happen to have a little chemistry! Hmm..



A good knowledge Sim always wants books, so she made some selections while she was there.





Theo Harrison was today's after school guest!



Ooooh!



What a cute little rainy evening kiss we have here...

CONNOR! This scared the hell out of me! Like I said, his mother Jane was killed by a lightning strike! Right on the front porch! I was so scared for a second I'd lose him too, but he was OK...



Straight into the bath for you.



Meanwhile outside.... this house is a literal death trap, I swear...



A little more romance with Reggie ;)





Red hands with sister!



It was time to send Connor out too, to see if he can meet anyone who catches his fancy. Daphne here is so pretty but unfortunately, no sparks.





Then he bumped into his cousin Hollie, always good to see her but obviously no romantic prospects here!



And that about did it for adult ladies! He ended up having lunch with Starla Harrison, one of Brightmaple's free range children.





Then for a little swim - he has the loves to swim trait so I'll have to remember to send him here again!



Things are continuing to go well for these two, having lots of fun...





I'm telling you - DEATH TRAP! I'm scared to let them go outside!



DEATH. TRAP.



Now even the indoors isn't safe.. is this house cursed or something?



Luckily the fire department came quickly and took care of this problem.



He wanted to ask someone on a date, and he had a high enough relationship with Estelle to try it. She wasn't really.... excited about it. But she said yes?





Oooh, a kiss! That's something...? Still not sure how into each other they are yet!



Oh yeah, plus Melena popped out to the store and bought herself a cell phone!



Back at home, the date included playing basketball out front. No more lightning storms for now so it was safe.





Time to tuck in to bed...



Everyone was rolling wants to go fishing today, so I sent them down to Newt's Hollow Pond to try their luck!



They didn't really have too much "luck" at first as it happens.





But it did eventually turn around!



Melena invited Marie over again :)





Such cuties!



So Connor tried to ask Estelle out again, but I forgot about that annoying glitch where if you offer to meet your date on a community lot, they complain you stood them up before the taxi even arrives to get you! So she was pretty mad!



I tried sending him out to the community lot on his own, and teleporting her there to see if something would work out...



But she was not feeling it.





So poor Connor just tried to have some fun on his own!





He tried introducing himself to another couple of ladies, but again, struck out.







Tessa is a great mom, Louise is into sports so she helps her enjoy her hobby!





Locked this want in!





Reggie is back! I feel like these two are taking it a little slow, but they're so sweet together! <3





TA DAA!



Oooh! Well I'm hopeful that once Ariella, Connor's high school girlfriend, ages up to adult (should be this round!) that maybe something will rekindle between them!



For now I didn't have him invite her over, but he did call her to chat. :)



WOW! It's like Marie read my mind, I had just been looking at their back deck and thinking I should get it set up for summer, and she leaves this!



Meanwhile Estelle showed up the same night to kick over their trash can. LOL So I guess that potential relationship is totally dead in the water.

Huh, this house is really dangerous XD Maybe it was just a sign that you should fulfill that be struck by lightning want :P
Poor Connor! But at least the others' love life is doing great!

Haha yes I was tempted but I really didn't want this family to lose two mothers to lightning strikes lol. She'll just have to live vicariously through Connor's accidental zap, which at least didn't kill him!

Hopefully Connor's love life will pick up again once his former girlfriend ages up too! I do love the idea of getting two playables together quite a lot anyways, feels like more of a real backstory, and helps to keep the number of households down haha.
