Round Eleven - Park

Last Round - Simon's round started with the unexpected mutual desire for marriage to Alyssa, one of his many usual dates. So he popped the question to her and she moved in! They surprised me further by autonomously trying for baby a LOT. Simon's art gallery continued to sell nothing, but have very loyal and happy customers and rank up? Alyssa and Simon got married in the kitchen, and then all that woohoo paid off because she was pregnant! They had baby Hannah, and moved out to a larger house at the end of the round.



The household names have shuffled a bit this round, so they are now the Park household, rather than Park II (since Winnie and Oliver are now Park-Crosby themselves).

They moved in to this cute house! I know I downloaded it from somewhere, at some point, but no idea where! I don't think the description of it said.



I like this little entry hall area.









Not much room for dining at the moment so I may need to figure out a small expansion or reconfiguration at some point, but for now this will do.

Parsley got a cat condo and got to work on it right away.







First meal in the new house while Hannah enjoys her dangle toys!







Simon got an ROS for a new hair style, so he got a bit of an updated look!



That healthy meal made her fit - if only it was that easy in real life!





Simon went to his gallery for a day of work, and Gabriel came to say hello!



Poor Isaac was feeling a little harassed.

I finally managed to figure out the glitch that was making it so no one could purchase anything at the store, and Simon finally started making sales at his gallery!



His cash register skills were quite rusty since he'd never really gotten to use them before though.



Quite a tiring day for him!







Back at home just in time, because it's Hannah's birthday!



Simon had a quick nap after work before cake time, and only just had enough time to hop out of bed in his PJ's and run to the kitchen.



She's so cute! Nice blend of both her parents, maybe a bit more of Simon.

Parsley was not into the idea of sharing his food!





After she stopped eating his kibble, he suffered some petting with good grace.



I set up a simple outdoor area with a kiddie pool for Hannah to enjoy.







A better look at the patio, nothing fancy!



I put Simon's workout equipment out here since there's no room in the house, that was the other main reason I set this area up.



He subscribed to the fitness magazine and enjoys reading it!





Beatriz, who is Alyssa's boss and good friend, stopped by to visit unexpectedly!



Since Beatriz was there, Alyssa and Simon snuck off to their bedroom for some hanky panky!





Poor Beatriz got stuck being babysitter!



Now that they were done with that, time to parent again - bath time!





Enjoying her own bath and relaxation time.







Upset she can't get at the cat's toy - you've got enough of your own silly girl!



Beatriz came by again and joined them for dinner this night.



Oh, it seems that sneaky woohoo had some consequences! Another baby coming!



Parsley was being funny in the middle of the night, running around and rolling on the floor in their room.



Off to sleep finally. (I had to turn the control pets cheat on which I never do, because he hadn't figured out he could sleep on the cat condo yet, and just kept falling asleep in awkward spots in the house where he'd mess up routing. Hopefully now it will stick in his little pea brain that he can sleep here!)





Not in the mood to learn to talk today!

Another day at the gallery and since now restocking as actually a concern, he needs some help! He hired townie Troy as his first employee at BRIGHTHAUS.







Doing well! Who knew my Sims were such art connoisseurs.



Alyssa reads a book outside while Hannah enjoys the kiddie pool on another sunny day!





This was another hectic day, and I totally didn't clock that it was time for Hannah's birthday! I tried to buy a cake in time, but her natural age up beat me to it this time.

Still likes to be read to and asks a lot. :)



Updated the bedroom to make space for new baby and a big girl bed for Hannah. Luckily two is the maximum number of babies for them based on their aspirations, so I won't need to expand any bigger. (just hopefully no twins!)



One more pop at the end of the round - next time we'll get to see baby number two for the Parks!

Hannah grew up to be very cute! Looks a lot like her father, I think.
I need to use that kiddie pool more often!

She is such a cutie! I said the same thing about that dang kiddie pool but often I'd remember it while my game was in winter lol. Finally it aligned with warmer seasons!

I love their new house - it's absolutely stunning, great décor! Hannah is a beautiful lil girl, I'm excited to see her future sibling(s)! By the way, what was the glitch that stopped customers from shopping at BRIGHTHAUS?!

Thank you! I so wish I could remember who built the lot!
There was a bit of invisible stuck fire that was corrupted on the lot (from some random tree fire outside during a storm). I turned on testing cheats and got the glitch dialogue, and deleted the fire, and voila, problem fixed! So happy because this has happened on a few other business lots and my only solution was to sell it and start them over with a new one, now I won't have to when it happens again!
