Round Fourteen - Amiri-Tanaka

Last Round - Stinky Monty tried the agility equipment at the park, and they finally got a bathtub at home so he can be bathed there. Jalil gave birth to a little alien baby boy named Navid! He grew up into a super adorable toddler! Darius hired an employee to help out at Amiri Home Goods, townie Meiko. They had chemistry, so he asked her out on a date and it went very well. She came over, they woohooed in the hot tub and she ended up pregnant, so she moved in with him! For the next round Jalil and Navid will move out to their own place.
Jalil is awake in the night and I can see he's been spending too much time out in the cold.
Meiko too! Time for everyone to get back to bed and warm up.
Darius isn't sick that I know of, but he is coughing and sneezing?
Maybe it's allergies..
Little Navid is awake too!
Him and his dad Jalil aren't around too long though, I moved them out first thing this morning to their own place. I had forgotten to do that at the end of their last round - with Darius and Meiko having a baby on the way this apartment is getting too big for all of them! So Darius, Meiko and Monty will stay while Jalil and Navid move out, so we'll see more of them later!
But first, quickly assigning the secondaries! Darius is popularity A and fortune A (friend of the world and hard worker). Jalil is knowledge A and romance B (good scientist and hopeless romantic). Meiko is family A and romance B (strict parent and hopeless romantic).
I didn't do it this round, but in round 15 I'm giving anyone who has romance B as an aspiration the hopeless romantic trait and trait mod, so they will actually behave like they're supposed to with their wants! So both Jalil and Meiko will eventually be getting that.
Off they go now!
Meiko can't believe how filthy Monty's dish gets!
Darius and Meiko moved back into the bigger bedroom, and Navid's nursery corner turned back into a closet area!
Well I guess he was sick??
Now that he's ummm, feeling better, time to go to work at Amiri Home Goods!

Since his brother isn't around to help anymore, and Meiko is busy being pregnant, Darius had to hire an employee to help at the store.
Jasmine shopping for furniture, kids love it!
Estelle and Marceline were there too, but playing more than shopping!
Time to close up for the day everyone!
Back home and Carla is passed out in the hallway, as apartment neighbours do.
Meiko tried to commune with nature a little and it did not go well :(
Time to unwind from her harrowing experience.

Films and lit! I think I may have assigned her this hobby, because I think she was yet another tinkering Sim and that really doesn't suit her to me.

I caught Monty in the act of doing something bad..
He was peeing in the living room! And the rug totally hid it so I wouldn't have known if I hadn't seen it. Naughty dog... they seem to love doing that in the middle of the night when no one is awake to catch them.
But I got Darius up to go scold him and take care of that behaviour.
The rug is for relaxing and playing only Monty!
Meiko stays in bed to sleep a bit longer while Darius gets up to make her breakfast.
This is where I remembered that I actually changed Meiko's primary aspiration this round! When I made her I just randomized them and she had been popularity, but looking at her personality (3 for outgoing) it didn't make much sense. She would be a family Sim based on my current system, so that's what I changed her to!
Darius got a new outfit this round too!

Oh and I did mean everyone. All the neighbours rushed in to cheer on the birth lol, Darius couldn't even get to Meiko and the baby.
He pushed through the throngs to finally meet his son :)

That's it for their round, next time we'll see Kenji get a sibling! I think I can fit two kids in this apartment but if they keep going I nay have to move them out one day, sad as that makes me!
