Round Fifteen - Webb-Ainsworth & Duncan

Last Round - Leah had her teenage birthday, and they all moved to a giant new house. Callum went out with some friends and one of his many girlfriends for a night downtown, and later invited yet another girlfriend to the house for a date while everyone else was out. But then Hollie and Callum also started rekindling their romance too. The fireplace caused a huge fire which almost killed Hollie and Callum, but everyone was OK in the end.

Who's Who in the Zoo?

Founder Geneva Crosby married townie Daniel Ainsworth, and together they had one daughter, Hollie. She got together with Callum and in the midst of their rollercoaster relationship, they also had one daughter, Leah (her red hair is from grandma Geneva). Despite this family tree looking small, they do have a large extended family. Geneva's brother Drew Crosby had four children by two wives - so Oliver, Connor, Melena and Louise are all Hollie's first cousins, and therefore all of their kids (Luca, Paolo, Sloane, and Felix) are some degree of cousins of Leah as well. I don't recall if the relation is close enough for the game to recognize them as family to her (I do have a mod that expands the definition) but if not I will probably use ACR to friend zone them all to each other once they're all old enough, because that's too close of a relation for me!

Not to be forgotten, Elijah Duncan is not on the tree because he's not related - he's a foreign exchange student living in the Webb-Ainsworth household!




Starting off smooth with Scout and Meatball playing together!



And with Callum!





Hollie's in the den getting some morning paper reading in.



It's obviously still cold out this early in spring but still they decided to eat on the patio.





Teens are off to school.



Hollie heads over to A Little Off the Top for a day of work.



But before she opens, she gets a new hairstyle for herself!



Time for another wonderful makeover - this townie Viola is a game generated one I kept around, but she's had the same look forever.





Skeptical but he was happy with the new style!





Back at home, Callum wants to ask someone out on a date and it really looks like he has A LOT of choices... he's got chemistry with most of the female Sims in town!



He takes a dip in the pool first to contemplate his choices.



Daphne was the lucky lady who got invited over.





Smooth talk always works like a charm.



Upstairs to his room for a little Simflix and chill...



In the midst of his little date upstairs, the kids get home and have Miles Park with them.



The ROS this round had Elijah feeling grumpy and needing to start four arguments. First one he did was with Leah.



She wasn't taking it laying down though!



Speaking of laying down....


Then Hollie arrives home before Daphne has left!



But it seems like they've decided that maybe monogamy is not for them? An open relationship it is then! Although Hollie is always busy with her salon so she seems to end up getting to go on far fewer dates than Callum, we'll have to look after that in future since she is a romance A Sim too.



The kids steer clear of the weird vibes inside.



All does seem to be well with them though!



Speaking of well, we have a first kiss! It's for Leah, Miles already had his with Anya Blondeau. Guess we'll see if this is some kind of love triangle forming. I kind of like how ACR makes teens just have their first kiss even if they aren't super into each other, it feels kind of true to life like they just really wanna get that first kiss overwith with somebody, even if they don't really have a big thing for them or roll a lot of wants after. But also sets the stage for some future drama when they eventually have nostalgic memories of their first crushes.





They hung out on the patio for a while that night.



Elijah also started another argument with Miles.



He felt very cheered up by finding the outside bar.



Quaffing an instant meal.





Hollie and Callum are making some more substantial food.



She did try to call up some other guys for her own little date on the side, but no one was home.



But then these two finally fell fully back in love!





Anya came over after school today! Wonder if her and Leah know they've both kissed Miles this week..





They keep being lovey-dovey everywhere.





It was time to hire another stylist at the salon - seems like blonde hair is a favourite of the staff here! 







Well, two outta three ain't bad!



Scout pops out of the shrubbery to intimidate the paper girl.





Then Meatball gets into a fight with this Wolfie, these dogs are going feral today!





I missed the start of it, but it was the end of little Scout's days today too! :(

Not a good report card I take it...





Doing a little financial consulting online.



It's birthday time for Elijah!



He's popularity A (friend of the world) already, and now also and family B (huge family). So sounds like he wants to be surrounded by a ton of friends and family at all times!

Elijah took himself out to hang out at the arcade.





Next stop was Club Gerbit, maybe he can meet some people here!

Home from his night out and straight to bed.

After no luck kickstarting his love life, Elijah called the matchmaker for a little help.





Well he's cute!



The wants were a little tame though, for date.



Then Elijah kept ignoring him to play the keyboard.



And they had a disagreement :/



Well, that was a bust.



Continuing his excellent day, he somehow catches his microwave ramen on fire. Maybe he didn't know not to leave the fork in.





He pulled the ramen out and left it safely on the floor before getting himself to safety lol...



You're lucky to be alive dude..





This time lets have a nice, safe sandwich.





Callum makes Leah catch up on homework!



Veronica Rossi came over, seems like all their friends find their way to the bar really quickly! Hollie and Callum definitely give me the vibes of parents who would say, "If you're gonna drink I'd rather you do it in the house!"





Dinner is served.





Pounding away on his drum kit.





Having a chat about their marriage and past issues with Leah, they're very open with her. 





Callum got invited out by a friend for a group outing downtown.





Time to get a drink!





He tried to bust a move to impress the good witch.





So I guess there was still a lingering relationship between him and Lucy, and she didn't like him putting the moves on other women.... eeeek. Really, really have to remember to break up Lucy and her old flames since she isn't even a romance Sim and is happily married now. 





Seems like Hiroko also wasn't happy with Callum paying attention to other women! There's always drama when Callum goes out anywhere...



He's sick of getting pushed around tonight and dishes it back.





Finally, time to step away from all that drama and join Dev for a bite to eat.



Oh wait, we're not done!





LOL What a successful evening...



Time to throw in the towel and head home I guess, before things get worse!





Hollie and Elijah were hanging out and chatting in the hot tub meanwhile.



And Meatball wanted to play!







There's a big mess outside, no doubt some of Callum's girlfriends are responsible for all the trash....





There were roaches too :( 



The salon is busier than ever!



But there are still some less than successful makeovers.



But she still ranked the business up!





Callum and Elijah were watching TV at home.



Elijah purchased a community lot, for his future business venture!



Doing some more financial consulting!



And enforcing of the homework completion.





Hollie's birthday is tonight! So she invited over one of her best friends Estelle and her family.



Estelle and Jarvis took advantage of the hot tub...





Time to blow out the candles!





Here's our Hollie as an elder!



Everyone had fun dancing together the rest of the night.



Meanwhile, Elijah decided it was time to move out on his own!



Checking out his new apartment with the landlord - it looks good!



The lease is all signed and next round he'll be ready to start his adult life on his own!

LOL It's always entertaining how Callum gets himself into trouble, at least it's calm at home anyways. Hollie an elder too, I know! Elijah will keep it at, I won't stop searching for his one!

Oh Callum... The drama follows him everywhere!
I also have that relations mod and as far as I know Luca, Paolo, Sloane, and Felix should be related with Leah! The family icon in the relationship panel is missing, but they still can share a family kiss but no romantic interactions

ooh that's good to know about that mod, I didn't realize it affected the icon like that, I'll have to double check when I can! All those cousins are still kids or under now so the romantic interactions bit isn't quite an issue yet anyways.
