Round Sixteen - Amiri-Tanaka

Last Round - The family got a Simoleon tree for the round as their ROS. Meiko gave birth to twins, Yuki and Karim! They were now too big a family to fit in their apartment, so they moved to a house in Brightmaple. All the kids aged up together; Kenji to a child and Yuki and Karim to toddlers.

Who's Who in the Zoo?

Darius Amiri and his brother Jalil were the latest all new residents in Brightmaple, joining in round 11. Darius got involved with Meiko (a townie, originally made by Lesyasun) and they managed to get pregnant so she moved in! Their son Kenji came first, followed by twins Yuki and Karim. They have two cousins, Jalil's sons Navid and Jamshid.







Monty isn't too sure about this guy...



Darius got new turn ons and offs thanks to ROS. I have been wanting to change turn ons for a lot of Sims anyways sooo...





Doesn't seem to have caused any problems for him and Meiko!





Nope, none at all!

Monty is babysitting this morning!



Kenji wakes up late - it's Saturday!







Family breakfast.



Kenji is actually excited about rain.



The twins stay pretty entertained in their room!



Darius was treated to a rude surprise in the shower when Meiko flushed the toilet.





Monty spent some time hanging out with Kenji instead of the little ones!







Kenji enjoys some summer fun in the blow up pool while Meiko supervises from the deck.

Darius invites over his friend Marco, he needs a babysitter for the twins because today is a big day - him and Meiko are getting married!



At first when they got to the park, I thought something was wrong with the custom wedding arch I was using. But I realised that they had actually not even gotten engaged yet?!



So we took care of that first, under the gazebo! Imagine getting proposed to while you're already in your wedding dress lol.



Then it was time for the actual wedding ceremony!





Proud brother Jalil was there!



And Kenji too!



Plus Gloria, and a few other locals and townies who happened to be in the area.



All the wedding romance had Starla and Travis feeling frisky.



Back at the house, "Uncle" Marco was doing a great job handling the kiddos.



He congratulated the happily married couple when they got home.

Darius goes to work today at Amiri Home Goods, and gets an early win!





Even though Hannah Park is not very impressed by his sales skills.



Enough to drive the rank down. I can't remember exactly why the ranks are weird (shows 7 perks redeemed but only rank 2-3?) but I vaguely recall something.... maybe?





Unsurprisingly, our local cult member Abigail is susceptible to high pressure sales techniques.



She's not though.

Plus Meiko made hot dogs for dinner!





Darius got home from work just in time to join them.

Darius started playing football toss with this unnecessarily aggressive townie, who then tried to set him up with a blind date. Where are these offers for my serial romance Sims?

Caleb Woods came home with Kenji, but he rushes right by him to show off his report card to Meiko T_T so cute lol





Then it's straight out to water wiggler!



Oh that's an... interesting glitch! Please stop trying to occupy the same patch of spacetime boys.

Tonight was the twins birthdays!

Forgot to mention, everyone is now an Amiri - Meiko and the kids took Darius' last name!

Lol the wedding was so funny, they weren't even engaged! Talk about short engagement 😂 Kenji was so cute in his little suspenders!
Noo Monty 😔 I was kinda hoping Meiko's wish would be to resurrect him.

I knoww I'm often tempted with pet resurrection, but I feel like it's something that I want to make very rare. Alice only got to resurrect Hermes that once because she's a witch and she would have "connections". If I didn't place limits on myself I'd have sooo many resurrected pets everywhere haha. Although I was meaning to add an ROS about feeding your pets the kibble of life so that's a good reminder!
