Round Seventeen - Perry

Last Round - Jamie aged up and moved out at the beginning of the round, with his girlfriend Hannah Park's family. They got a new dog named Teddy, and sadly Fred passed away later in the round. Whitney passed on The Plumb Boutique to Sabrina so she could retire. Cameron became an adult, and Whitney started a hobby club gathering for fellow music and dance enthusiasts. Also during the round they moved to a new house!
Who's Who in the Zoo?
Whitney is the eldest child of founders Roxanne and Joshua Lewis, and has two siblings, Xander and Emilia. She married Dave Perry and they had three kids of their own - Sabrina, Jamie and Cameron. They have several cousins - Jasmine Dionne by Xander, and Zachary and Nora Lewis by Emilia.
Wheee welcome to round seventeen! I'm already nine households in as I'm posting this but I'm trying soooo hard to catch up T_T
First up - we are changing Cameron's aspirations! I've played around with how I assign these a couple times (by zodiac sign, different aspiration calculators) and Cameron's as it was didn't feel like a fit. Remember he was the most inept romance Sim ever? Well I can't even remember now if he was assigned by zodiac or a different calculator, but according to my current one, he isn't a romance Sim at all!
Before he was Romance A/Pleasure A. Now he is Pleasure A (The Modest Enjoyer) and Knowledge B (Evil Scientist). Moving pleasure up to primary works well for him I think (youngest child, very outgoing and playful, life was easier for him as the baby of the family!) and Knowledge B is kind of fun too, since science is his hobby.
His traits are light sleeper, genius, socially awkward, childish, neurotic. (last one is subject to change but I have to observe his personality a little more to decide)

Downstairs for breakfast with mom and dad - Cameron is the last one left at home. It feels a bit in character for him to stick around longer so I don't currently have any plans to move him out.
ROS said Whitney and Dave had to go through a rocky period in their relationship where they were fighting a lot. Whitney got upset with Dave for not clearing up the dishes after they ate, and they argued about that a bit.
He got right to it after that though....

Cameron got online and purchased a lot for a business! We're about to go on a bit of a journey with this one, it had several iterations...
First up, I set up this lot as an internet cafe!
He got to work convincing some customers how great it was going to be inside!
However I quickly realized that nobody was autonomously using the computers at all... which is a problem. So I temporarily converted the lot to a hookah lounge and cafe until I could figure out the computer autonomy issues.
This is the exterior by the way!

Back to the business - I found some computers that were enabled for townies to use on community lots, so I converted it back to the original use!
Yay, they're using them!
Cameron went out on a date with Simone, and they hopped into the photo booth and caught some feelings pretty quick!
They had a cute time together.
Dave getting mad because Whitney didn't stop Teddy from destroying the furniture when she was sitting right there.
And because she flushed the toilet while he was in the shower!
Their Lewis family came to visit them!

The three of them (and Teddy!) went for a little park outing today!
Perhaps they're putting that rocky period behind them...
Awoken by a prank call in the middle of the night.
Teddy has sensed the adversarial vibes in the house lately, and taken them to the streets!
Another day at the Cyber Cafe for Cameron!
He's keeping busy, and the business ranked up! However.... it was at this point I remembered that I had originally had the idea to build the Cyber Cafe for an entirely different Sim, whose personality I think suits it even better.
So.... Cameron sold the business, and next round he will open another one which will be... a hookah lounge! XD Told you it was a bit of a saga... That was just an emergency stop gap idea, but it turns out I actually think it's the best choice for him.
A last goodbye to this lot for now, but we'll see it again very soon!

They had a good time together, but nothing exceptional.
Zachary's girlfriend Naseem came by too while he was visiting!
She walked in on him bawling his eyes out, turns out Dave actually doesn't really like his nephew for some reason, and he had just said something to make him cry. :( Dave is grouchy and Zachary is very nice, so I guess he was fairly sensitive about whatever it was.
Naseem helped to cheer him up though!
That's it for this round - we'll build Cameron's business venture in its final form next time, and see where things go for everyone in general!
